Just did the door latch all the test came back good cleaned all the connectors just waiting to see ive it’s cured the locking unlocking scenarios what I did spot was a spare speaker wire any ideas where it’s come from or where it’s supposed to go it’s the long black & white one the small one was connected to rear of the speaker

Do you have a "delux" model wiring loom in a "basic" model car?:D.

If everything works? why worry;).

No only the one big 1 when I put it all back together I will test them both oh and the locking unlocking scenario is still happening so looks like I need a new door switch

Sounds like a refurb lock needed then.

as for the door card do you not have this?
Note the little square above the big speaker:).

As you have found, the door latch test is not infallible, just been through the same routine on one of mine, tested OK but still got bouncing locks. The little plastic button actuator wears or breaks off, the micro switch still operates but vibration causes it to open & close.
 
High line stereo models have three speakers in the front doors two low down as in Marjons pic and a small tweeter in the mirror cover then two in each rear door and the base one in the boot, then there was also an extra one fitted on some models on top of the dash where the rubber mat goes,
