i know this might sound lame but how do i remove the door trim (RR Hse 1997) i have taken out 3 screws but dont want to pull it off i'm sure some thing will break if i do.i am presuming that i have to take it apart as the central locking has stoped working on the passenger door but if i push the button down the other doors lock and unlock

Have levered mine off wiv a flat head to get at the window windery elecktrickery. Went back on Ok but take it easy. Presume you mean the door card on the inside. They kinda clip on at the corners an in the middle

there are clips all the way around the sides and bottom, screws under tweeter and in arm rest. the clips break v. easy and pop out all over too!

easiest way is to get something either side of clip and gently lever it off. you can buy replacements on fleebay

also inside there is a plastic film covering the door, replace this or you will get a draft in the car and an unhappy wife. least i did!

Stick 'er indoors in the estate bit- Mrs Fatrover loves it in there wiv me mutts!:D

You'll get water in as well. It runs down the window, past the 'seal' at the top of the door & drips off the window mech onto the back of the door card before dripping into the car. Causes a lot of head scratching about where the the mystery leak is coming from f you don't know what it is.
