Door replacements

I've been looking for ages to find two front doors in generally good condition to fit my Drfender. Since I've had no joy I've decided just to weld up my existing frames using those replacement sections and then just replacing the door skins.

Has anyone done this and if so, what was the fitment like of replacemet skins? I assume they're all manufactured to a standard size and therefore require minimum butchering to fit. there's loads of suppliers on eBay, though I'm not entirely sure I widh to go down the ebay roof!!!!

i got mine from splandrovers went for galvanizied one not a bad job to fit just dont rush it
