Door release cable

Hi guys the door handle release cable on the driver front door has snapped. I am looking on eBay for a new one and a seller said the cables are the same for all the doors. Is this correct? As when looking on eBay the driver door cable seems to be far more expensive then the other doors. Got the mot due very soon so need to fix ASAP. Also with regards to the mot, as you probably know the idiots have changed the law on warning lights on the dash but obviously with the land rovers the abs light is on until it reaches 5 mph will they fail? Has anyone had any issues with getting a mot?

Door cables are listed as all different. ALR6968 R/H Front. ALR6969 L/H Front. ALR6966 R/H Rear. ALR6967 L/H Rear.
No they should not fail it for ABS lamp, if they do they don't know a lot do they.

With regards to the ABS light the tester gets a print out telling him this and any other special procedures he needs to follow and we've also got posters at the garage I work at telling us about abs lights
