how do I change the lock barrel from a defender rear door without the original key? I know how to change them with the key but without?

I guess drill the ****e out of the middle of it with an 8 or 10mm drill bit would do the job. The tumbler parts would fall out then.

do a search on rear door locks, i remember ratty saying something about there being a way to remove it... good luck.
