I think its a common problem, but after a few years of ware and tear, the handle wont go all the way back in (flush) i just sticks out a touch, is there a fix for this? its just a niggle thing i want to eradicate,

On another note, there used to be covers for them....but now i want some i cant find them!!

Just to explain why im doing this, i have just sprayed the whole of the frames satin black, in some places it was back to the mettle (probably too much cleaning on my part) but it looks the dogs now, and i even did the plastic rails at the bottom of the windows, it look just like new again, small job, that doesn't take much effort or time, but makes a world of difference when you look at it

The handles are now looking grubby and its hard to get them back to what they should look like, i hate back to black, it comes off and streaks, so im not going down that route

Yes there is a fix the pin comes loose and jambs on the cover. Means stripping handle and repairing. Think there is a photo guide on www.Rangerovers.net.

PS Maybe not have just looked can't find it. But i have seen one somewhere maybe someone else knows where it is.

Try this. http://rangerovers.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=18325
