I dont want to brake the window winder but I cant figure out how it comes off, or the push button lock. Its proberly obvious when you know how but Im stumped? (1999 td5 hardtop)

get a bit of migwire or something similar and bend a small hook in one end, push the door card back where the window wider goes through it. look at the back of the winder and you will see a CLIP like a horse shoe shape, use the wire 'hook' to hook the clip and pull it out the winder will just pull off once the clip is off. the push button is fastened to the door frame so just pop the door card all round and push up slightly to lift it over the push button lock. dont loose the clip and when you come to put the winder back on just pop the clip back into the slots on the back of the winder and push it back on the winder shaft. dead easy.
