Left hand drive Defender wipers. They usually have rubber bungs in. I have put two washer jet fittings in them and put one bung in the centre hole.

Bungs, dunno. Any motorfactors should have them.
I stole the double washer idea from someone on here so can't take credit, but it works much better, especially on muddy screens. You need to take the dash top off and get a tee piece and some extra washer pipe.

I dunnit too, double washer sooooo much better
cant remember what size they are, but motorfactors, or if they are 20mm, some blind grommets from an electrical wholesaler should do.
