near big mountains and lots of mud
how does this type fit a freelander?it looks a permanant fit,we want it to be easy to remove

simply fold the rear seats down locate the guard on to the slots either side and fold the seats back up no permanent fixing required
 
Yes they are very easy to get in and out. Next time bloody cumbersome. Next time very easy. One of those awkward shapes that usually goes in and out fine - but for some unfathomable reason, if you get it round a certain way, just doesn't want to budge :)
 
They usually come with bottom fixing brackets which fix where the front D rings are mounted. As previous post, no need to use these fixings as the seats hold the guard in place.
