Dodgy Brakes.. L322 2002 Hard brake pedal hardly stops!!!

I do not know, but I do know that when I looked into the L322 brake system when pipes rusted out on a friends L322. it was more complicated than just a vacuum servo, so complicated that I declined to touch it.
