hiya mate, am in liverpool also running on insa turbos' on standard sus, few probs will go with bigger tyres but nothing major. where abouts are you??

just noticed yer on a 2" lift, the only prob youll have is a bit of scrub lock to lock, but you can lock that off, youll loose a bit of yer turning circle but it saves ripping yer nobbles off.

am in childwall mate

can you get wheel spacers for disco's also would it be worth increasing the width of the tyre or would i be wrong in thinking wider tyre better grip

and if i was to increase my rims to 16 what would that do for the tyres??

hiya paul, yes you can get spacers, ittle bring yer centre of gravity down a bit but nothing worth writing home about.
if yer gonna increase the wheel to a 16"rim ittle take away some of your side wall (profile) depending on what size yer go for, less profile will giver yer less wollowing when on the road, and as for tyre size wider= better grip then if yer moving onto insa's then not really as it only your nobbles in contact with the rd and dont plan of stopping quick in the wet, i have had mine broadside on the fiveways with these on.
am only down the drive in stoneycroft mate.
hope to see yer around! youll know mine when yer see it!

the profile is the size of the side wall of the tyre, as for width off rd then its all down to surface, i work under the impression that more width means less pressure on the ground thus stopping yer sinking, but do yer ever see military with wide nobblies on?? i aint and i used to drive a wolf, people have there own opinions so best get a few, personally i had to improve my grip as i was on scorpions then colway mt's which are good value for money but work wise i required more outta my tyres off road.
