discovery td5 heater plug relay

where is the heater plug relay on disco td5 it wont start when it does its lumpy as hell and smokes unburnt deisel help needed fast on nanocom its saying heater plug relay fault current

if this is glow plugs its relay is in engine compartment fuse box no R6. haynes manual 4606 page 13. 1

checked them its working problem was dirty fuel so new filter cleaned tank out and fuel pump cleaned and the gauzes put it all back togeather working mint pump was whining and still is slightly its pumping fuel but it will not start ???? it was running for a while as it should then started missing and died
