discovery td5 crank sensor

hi, does anyone know where the crank sensor is on my 1999 discovery? been laid underneath it for the last half hour. whats near to it, do i get it from the top of engine bay or the bottom? help im stuck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I haven't had the need to look for one on a TD5 but they are usually on the bell housing.

iirc they are on top of the bellhousing, bit of a bitch to see with bodywork on, not much of a problem when its being stripped. got a blue plug on it.
