discovery series 2 facelift

Hi guys, after much thought and consideration my girl firend has decided going from her sporty 2 door convertible to a defender is too much of a jump so we are considering the discovery 2 face lift td5, can anyone point me in some direction on what i should look out for on test drives inspections any parts/consumables that will need changing at certain ages or mileage of a second hand disco, we have found a 2004 es near where we live im going to look at on wednesday, his asking just over 4k is that good money? its done around 136k any feed back would be greatly apreciated! also some one here said they run there disco 2 on veg oil diesel mix :jaw:

chassis rust ace pipes is it still on air bags if converted to springs check insurance (seven seater). then the usual stuff.
