Is it true that a Discovery could go through an mot without inner wings present or ones with holes in them:confused::confused:

Passenger side yes, no problems

Drivers side, depends on the tester. If he accepts that the inner wings are not a structural part of the vehicle (as they are not part of the chassis then I would argue it!) then he may let it go, but as above, if you imagine a beach ball near any safety critical components like the brake servo and there is holes then a possible fail.
