Discovery 4 - Satnav works but no map showing

Evening All. I have a tricky one with the SatNav.

Without warning the map picture has disappeared. No buttons pressed or changed and all other functions work correctly including the navigation - it talks to you and finds your position via GPS - simply the map isn’t showing. Photo attached.

Things I have tried:

Resetting to defaults
Reset the main battery
Updated to latest version of maps via the “Here” Landrovers provider (£150!!)

None have provided any improvement. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, did you get it resolved? My father in law has the same issue and I see you even purchased a map update which he was going to do, but it didn’t help you. Any info would be greatly appreciated
