Discovery 300tdi Replacement Shocks

Hi all,

About 3 months ago I replaced my worn standard shocks and springs for some worn +2" springs and shocks from a mates Landy.

They're all pretty tired and one in particular is basically dead. My question to you, is will the Terrafirma shocks in the link below suitable to replace with the larger springs? They say they will go up to +2", but I also see you can specifically buy +2 shock absorbers.

Yes they will fit fine. The Terrafirma springs they usually match to are usually stated as 'up to +2"' which was based on the spring weight and weight of the vehicle.

These are a tad cheaper but the same things .. (Check TF116 and TF117 part numbers) ... there may be even more savings if you search ..

That's great, thanks very much. I thought that would be the case, but I thought it would be worth a post in case anyone had a better experience going for +2" specific shocks.
