discovery 2 v8 oil change (what type)

hi am serviceing my landrover discovery 2 v8 for the first time does anyone know what type of oil i need to get to as am not sure ,,also does i cant seem to find a manual that covers the car its a 1999 model do you know were i can get one from thanks for all your help george,,

I am surprised they spec a fuel economy oil, thought it would be more performance related ?????
