Ive recently had an issue with leaking sunroofs. There all sealed and fixed now but water did get down to the fuze box/idm, Ive fitted a replacement and Ive also had the BCU out and looks fine - no corrosion.
As far as the locking problem:
The fob does not unlock any door including boot, but i can hear all the doors cycling, the boot sounds like it tries about 5/6 times.
I have to open the drivers door with the key and then climb over and open all the doors manually.
The dash lock button does not work.
The fob will then lock all the doors fine.
Dont have any alarm issues.

Hoping with this specific problem someone can point me in the right direction. thanks.

That's how the actuators are failing, they'll fail to unlock first, as long as you hear activity in the doors the circuits are OK, i'm affraid you'll have to change the actuators, start with the dirver's door cos it's the most worn and there are cases when it's motor creates a voltage drop on the whole circuit which will affect the others too but if the others will still fail to unlock you'll have to replace them one by one... though see this too http://forum.difflock.com/viewtopic.php?p=569418&highlight=
