Do you think oil in the loom would have caused the problem? Luckily I had a performance upgrade between the loom and ecu. Again starts first time without a problem.

Rechecked the current draw, get about 21 when engine off and pressure test running and 26 when engine running.
Found oil in fuel Injector loom, what that be the issue? Cleaned loom with contact cleaner and tried engine again. Starts first time as before and run sweet. Going to test run in hour and will let you know what happens. Ordered up new injector loom and doing injector seals and washer at the same time.
Cross fingers this will sort it as don’t want to be thinking I can’t trust the D2 again.

Thanks for all your help. Just back from couple of test runs. All working well, once I get the fuel injector loom installed that should stop it once and for all.

Got one more on this please.
After replacing the fuel injector loom and cleaning out each end of the loom from the ECU to the injector loom, will the oil still in this loom not cause anymore issues or do I need to some how get this out too.
