Discovery 2 TD5 sills

Hi everyone

I'm new to the forum and it's my first post, so here it goes. The sills are going on the discovery and are going to need doing soon. I do a lot of off-road and greenlanes so was thinking of box section sills. What do you guys think of these or would you just keep them standard?
