Discovery 2 TD5 Headlight Switch problem

Hi. I have a problem turning my Disco 2 TD5's headlight switch off. It appears jammed in the 'On' position and take a bit of effort to turn off.
Can the switch STC4017 be serviced? Maybe dry and a shot of dielectric grease will solve the problem?
