So looking at the suspension set up for the D2, id like to mimic what I ahd on the 110 but obviously the D2 is fairly different.
D2 currently has OME +2 all round, with stock anti roll bars, drop links (i have HD extended ready to go in) with polybushes. Stock radius/trailing arms, stock watts linkage.
Question is id like to maintain the on road manners while being able to achieve some decent flex off road.
My 110 had Koni +2 HT Raids, OME +2 springs, front ARB with super pro bushes, gywn lewis cranked rear arms, wide angle rear prop & gwyn lewis wide angle A frame.
Which had a great ride, little wallowy in the corners but was alright for the excellent flex I got off road. Suppose it was a 70/30 offroad/onroad balance
With the D2 Id like more of a 50/50. Good flex but good road manners.
First thought is cranked rear watts linkage and removing or quick disconnecting the rear ARB.
Any other thoughts or suggestions?
