Discovery 2 + RR sport wheels = spaces ???

Hi I know you need spoigot's and the correct wheel nuts to put 19" range rover sport wheels on a discovery 2 but do you need wheel spaces and will they rub on full lock ?

just buy d2 wheels

It's not my car (yet) and it's already got the wheels on it but they are too wide with the spaces on, sorry should have worded it better.

It drives ok with the spaces on but the wheel will not go up the arch, ( if off roading etc) so I want the spaces off, I could try it but to save a lot of time I thought I'd ask, also if they don't fit I won't bother with the wheels and put my p38 wheels on.
