I was gona post a long boring bit on sale of goods act etc but ...... i cant be bothered but i will say that the op is gona have a hell of a hard time going up against LR and if he didnt buy it direct from LR he dont stand a cat in hells using the s.o.g. act as the case is against the seller not the manufacturer

maybe we can all sue landrover for making cars that rust

Looks like he's listening to the replies ........................... NOT!!

It's costing me about £100 to fill my Disco's tank now and the bloody front sun roof leaks and the dashboard rattles It's a 1995 300TDi and it's done Starship mileage, I need help cos I'm taking Land Rover to court under the 'sale of goods' act, if I'd have known the dash was going to rattle I would never have turned the radio down.
Now on a serious note I get a big grin on my face everytime I sart the old bug*er up, knowing I'm going to enjoy every mile I drive until I turn the old bug*er off.

i had 2 sets of brake pads wear out in 3 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thats 30 quid to repair the fookers and the car is only a 92 model!!!!!!!

My sills have rusted away and it's only 18 years old. Fookin rip off
