Discovery 2 imobiliser

Hi guys. I know this topic has been done to death but........ I have a disco 2 and the imobiliser keeps activating, the Mrs drivers it all the time and I am get grief as it intermittently won't start, happening more and more no. I know about the EKA code being entered on the drivers doors lock but the problem is I don't have the code, have even g it a hold of the previous owner as I am friends with him but he doesn't have it either!!!!

Question is how do I go about getting this code and as quick as possible lol

If you take your log book into your local LR dealer they should be able to get it (as long as the previous owner/s haven't changed it!)

While it's always a good idea to have the EKA, and checked that it is correct, I would suggest that your first job should be finding out why the alarm and immobiliser keeps activating.
