Discovery 2 high low range issue

Hi guys I have a discovery 2 that’s been kangarooing Garaged has had it 6 weeks and can’t find problem Today a friend plug it in to his scanner and we noticed it’s fluctuating from high and low constantly Could this cause this running issue

It would be a good idea to post about that in the Discovery section.

And when you get there, try and give a bit more information. Such as age(of the vehicle), whether it is a Td5 or a V8, and what is fluctuating.
