Discovery 2 Chassis Corrosion...

Evening folks,

Here we have some corrosion to the chassis of my TD5 Disco.

Is this repairable or is this a new chassis? Thanks in advance.

You can get half chassis.

It depends how far it goes forwards.

anything is rebuildable but body needs to come off in any case ,either a galv or good second hand chassis would be my first choices,considering the cost of galv, a good used one would my personal choice

Looks as though its been patched before.

Quarter or half chassis as Neil says. Or galv if it is going to be a long-termer

Paint the chassis yellow and get it eBay quick as a limited edition model with "genuine Swiss cheese effect build platform" some yuppy muppet will lap it up LOLZZ

Can I assume that that is the Watts linkage mount just above the back axle?

And as we are a few weeks down the road, what did you do with it?
