Discovery 1 tow bar and electrics

This towbar came with the Disco when I bought it last week, it looks nearly new and has double electric sockets but only one is wired up. It also has a little controller box, I have no idea what it's for but it mentions fridges on it! Collection only from the Horsham, West Sussex area. Make me an offer! Marc
