Yes so I'm replacing my seats and am looking at making a custom gear stick to give better shifter position.
I have a 200 disco with lt77.
I'm after the gearstick extension, basically it bolts onto the shifter which comes out the top of the box and then has the threaded part which the knob screws onto.
I'm not sure if the 300tdi r380 stick is the same or not, but all offers are appreciated and a pic would seal the deal.
Just want to get a spare to play with in case I bodge it up at least I've got another one
