Hi i have a 97 series 1 disco and am trying to find out what sort of rear diff and the gearing it has so I can match a detriot auto locker any help would be great, also looking to some how get some reduction gears in the transfer case

you will have a 24 spline diff with a ratio of 3.5 to 1, whst doing your diff change the front flange to the 200 disco type and also then prop off the same model

cheers any idea if the detriot lockers work well with this diff or is there a better option

one of my friends have fitted a Truetrac in front of his 300tdi and he's very pleased with it.
