Discovery 1 300tdi clutch issue

Hi all. New to this site.. My disco 300 has Been sat for over a month. I went to move it she started fine. Went to put in gear but clutch not working!? Was absolutely fine when I parked up.. It's got pressure and goes up and down!!?? Any ideas?? Thanks

in what way is it not working ,clutch not releasing or like its still in neutral

My missus had that problem once, she'd just ever so slightly knocked it out of Hi gear, check this 1st.

Not able to apply drive or unable to disengage ?
My series 3 seems to get the clutch plate stuck to the flywheel if its left untouched for too long, requiring it to be shocked free with starter+clutch or jacked up off the wheels & brake with power and clutch to break it free.
