So I've been away with work for a week and came back to my landy I unlocked it but the boot wouldn't open and the engine wouldn't start, I then couldn't lock it using the fob and locked it using the key, I've sourced some jump cables and went back with my mate to jump start it, but when I unlocked and connected the batteries up the alarm went off and now I can't lock or unlock the car using the fob at all and it won't start, any suggestions, I've looked in the manual and can't find anything.

are you following the D2 instructions to the letter? does it beep once or twice??

He followed the instructions but I think he's done it wrong, if I can get into it is there anyway of getting it reprogrammed so I can use the key properly again
Cheers

You need to find why the fob is not working to unlock the car.

Does the little red light flash on the fob when you press the button?
The instructions for the EKA are written in that attachment I linked to earlier.

May be the fob, fob receiver, or another issue, until you get the car remobilised you are stuffed with any sort of reprogamming.

Cheers

Yeah so the key fob lights up when I press it but the car doesnt do anything I've jyst retried the EKA and it didn't work

Then you can try taking the receiver out and seeing if it is corroded and check the earth connections, sometimes If it has got wet it can be saved and brought back to life.

Cheers
