There's no facia plate, as such.

If you have the Highline Head Unit fitted, you don't need one.

If you have any other type of DIN standard Head Unit, there's a finisher to go below the DIN-sized opening, shown here in Urban Panzer's pic from his website -

It's described as "Finisher - Instrument" - Part Number FHY100290LNF

Costs around £7.00 from a Dealer.

No, you don't need any adaptors or finishers to fit that model of stereo.

That's the same as my one and it fits flush with the shape of the fascia.

I haven't got any pics of mine, but here's a picture I found on the web, which shows how it looks when fitted -

hang on lol thats the stereo i want to take out and replace with a new one from halfords ???

In which case, you will need the finisher.

When you remove that factory fitted stereo, it leaves a DIN sized hole with a 'ledge' underneath it, which has some holes and slots at the back of it (underneath the DIN hole)

The finisher closes these off, as shown in UP's picture, above.

You'll need the removal keys to get the factory stereo out of the dash, details here -

You can get the keys on eBay, if you didn't get them with the car.

Bump, don't suppose anyone knows where I can find these keys?

I bought some on ebay but they aren't the same as pictured here:

They're:

Which don't work! :(

Ian mine came with them, I can post them to you borrow if you promise to post them back again? :D

I thought you were keeping it standard anyway?

Yeah I am, trying to get the CD changer working, all that's left is checking the head unit plugs are in, and if they are, new CD changer.

Where did you find yours? If mine aren't kicking about, if I could borrow yours that'd be amazing, thanks :D

Also while I'm here, any idea where to find a wheel nut key? :D Haven't come across one yet lol.

Tried thin screwdrivers to no avail. I'll check on Halford's website - I bought some for another car, cost £9.99!

I'll try and remember to dig mine out tonight mate, they were just in with the manuals and that in the leather folder.

I assumed my locking wheel nut key is in the little black bag in the rear door with all the other wheel related stuff . . . might be a good idea I checked though!

Actually scrap that just found them at Halfords for £4, might as well grab these tonight and save the posting bother.
