disco td5 2000 problems misfire

Hi everyone, Just purchased a discovery td5 W plate as a none runner. Tested the glow plugs and all four was open circuit i fitted 4 new glow plugs and tried to start it. The engine wound over for 30 seconds and started but running rough if you tried to reving the engine it cut out. The pump in the fuel tank sounded roapy so ordered a new pump. fitted the new pump along with a new fuel filter but on start up still the same. Replaced the crank sensor and the injector wiring harness and started the engine still the same. removed the rocker cover and started the engine then removed the connector on each injector at a time cylinder 1 & 3 don't effect the engine 2,4 & 5 stalled the engine. the ecu red plug is clean and dry free from oil checked the loom for chaffing all ok . check codes with a snap on scanner and only has 2 codes stored High Crank vibration & Crank sync signal failure. thinking of sending the ecu for testing.
any ideas
