Woohoo!

So it seems I'm an amateur Land Rover dealer, Sold my thirsty V8 and within 3 hours I was half way across the country and the proud owner of a 300tdi

I looked high and low for a Disco with similar off road mods as my V8, the 300 is kitted with 4" lift, 2" droppers, 2" front turrets, cranked rear arms, diff guards, steering guard, light bar and decent off road tires... All for the bargain price of... £1350! Oh AND theres NO ROT!!

Good times...

Need pics

I'm thinking about a bit more lift on mine, please tell me about the brakelines on yours- are they extended or standard, and have the mounts been modded. Just need to know if I can get away with my 2" lines on stock mount if I add 2" droppers to my already fitted 2" shocks.

Mr Noisy - I had standard lines on my V8, didnt have lower shock mounts tho, I never had any problems, if you want some decient dislocation you'll need cranked arms, extended bump stops and longer brake lines

wanaron - I know!!! I miss it already!!

oh well, Im going down the route of full stainless exhaust on the derv and some loud woosh induction noise to make up for it! I've got a BOV that was fitted to my old 300zx that I may fit too

yeah i have cranked arms and +30mm bumpstops all round mate and +2" lines, just wondering if you can get away with +4" droop travel with +2" lines...

I dont have cranked rear arms yet, probably fit longer lines once i get them
