Literacy is a concept claimed and defined by a range of different theoretical fields. In everyday terms, "literacy" is typically described as the ability to read and write. The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) has drafted a definition of literacy as the "ability to identify, understand, interpret, create, communicate, compute and use printed and written materials associated with varying contexts. Literacy involves a continuum of learning in enabling individuals to achieve their goals, to develop their knowledge and potential, and to participate fully in their community and wider society."

If you still have a petrol engine but it's been converted to run on 'Propane' as well as petrol then that is correct £190.
But if you have a vehicle with an engine has been designed and manufactured to run on pure LPG the the road tax at the moment is £0.. A mate of mine has two vans running on lpg so no road tax or congestion charge it's a shame he's not exempt from parking charges also. :)

Propane gas is for plumbers, felt roofers and patio heaters not Discoverys :D
