Disco newbie...

Hello peeps... Ive been reading the forum for a couple of weeks and have hammered the search function Ive got myself a 97. disco 1 and want to start kitting it out for a bit of run what you brung and green laning. Ive looked at the 'what tyres can i fit' thread but would still like peoples opinions...

Yes mate the wheels that are on it are 205/70/16 (Standard)

I was gonna just replace the wheels and tyres.... where on the forum would I find people with 31/10.5/15's Sorry for being a pest

That tends to be a slitty tyre why not just get 31/10.50/16's

31/10.5/15's seem to be more available.... What does 'slitty' tyre mean?

Slitty = Japanese.

You'll be fitting a non std rim size. that's all. If you damage a rim you might struggle to find a replacement rim If you keep with 16" rims A replacement is going to be easier to find.
