Disco 2 tyres

Hi all,

I am in the middle of building a expedition Disco at the start will be going around the UK and doing as much green laning as possible then plan to venture further afield.

this is not my first land rover but my background was in winch challenges I want to keep it as standard as possible due to accessing parts while out. so would like to keep suspension standard height

I have been collecting parts along the way but need some help please

Tyres currently have 255/65/16 road biased tyres am looking for some all terrain tyres but not much in this size do I go 245/75/16 as seem more common I don't want remouleds

Hi Nick,

The best AT tyres in my experience were BF Goodrich AT’s. They lasted very well and performed just as well on and off road. I don’t know what sizes are available for disco 2 fitment now as I’ve long sold my disco but worth seeing what sizes they do. They’re not cheap but I found them to be the best lasting and all-round performing tyres I’ve had.
