Disco II Lights

I'm looking to up-grade all the lighting on my 03 plate Discovery II TD5, does anone know of any complete LED rear light assemblies available on the market, preferably plug and use with the necessary components?

I've found LED bulbs to replace the individual filament type bulbs, but would rather change the whole cluster!

Not that I know of. I have replaced all the bulbs with LED versions and so far it hasn't blown a single one (whereasI used to replace the "normal" bulbs relatively frequently).
