Disco Helppppppppp!

My K plate mark 2 Disco failed its MOT last week and i need to do both sills. BUT i cannot get the outrigers off to do the work! Does anyone know how to do this?? Do i need special tools!!??

Any ifo would be greatly appreciated.

Theres only one way, Angle grinder... dont worry, we've all been there, it can be rebuilt...
