I have just ripped out all my carpet and sound proofing threw out the whole disco, and I have only got a bit of rust not to much, no holes to my surprise, do I just sand back the rust? And then clean it and paint over it all with waxoly? What would u recommend the best thing to do is? Thanks

I would get to work with a screw driver first, give a good poke around on the rusty bits and you will probably get some holes!
If you just sand down and paint you are only treating the top of the panel and the tin worm underneath will continue eating. :)

as above, get the toffee hammer out n give it a good going over..mine seemed ok until i started knocking..ened up getting replaced.

Once you done whatever repairs are necessary, DO NOT put he rubber mat and carpet back in!!!

I found that by putting a suitably sized piece of plywood in there it stayed dry - due to the ribbed floor allowing ventilation - and protected.
