Perhaps the needles are lit via a fibre optic, if so the source illuminating bulb could have failed or both fibres have become detached. It's not unheard of as that's how the needle its illuminated on the RRc as I found out many years ago.
Remove the pod and have a look see.

Ok checked fuse 8 and it's good ,None of my needles light up anymore. Are the clusters easy to get at ? Cheers

All done now ,It was the bulbs. I changed them all for LED. Very easy job

It's unbelievable how many bulbs there are ,Well worth it though as its that easy.
@Thomo1927 ; Out of interest, and because I have a bulb gone on the LHS in my pod, which LED's did you use please?
This might get urgent, as, when i am doing 130,I can't see the needles, Officer,
BTW, they look really good....

I had a look at mine also and was supprise to see the needles are white, I thought they were red, as fitted to the RRC, just shows how much attention I have paid to my disco

You could be right, my speedo display only gets my attention below 40mph and then again
over 100mph when it gets more interesting, so thanks for your correction

At the top of the cluster there are a couple of bulbs (one each side) which illuminate the needles via fiber optics, while not difficult to change getting at them was a bit of a pain in the ass, having to remove the steering wheel & disconnect the switches from the binnacle. Mine have failed twice, EBay Chinese LED's i guess.
