Suddenly my back drivers side window has stopped working from the control unit, but the switch on the window itself works fine. Any ideas?

More annoyingly a day after that my front passenger window started misbehaving. Basically it gets down a few inches then goes clunk clunk clunk and won't go any further. It actually jammed once and I had to move the window with my hand to make it able to go back up. Any thoughts?

i have the same issue with my 300tdi back nsr window works fine osr window dont work tried swapping the switches over nothing
dont work from both center pannel or window switch any idea?
