disco 300 tdi gearbox

im just about to do a 300tdi conversion on my 90, its all pretty staright forward the only thing im not sure of is that im going to use the disco 300 tdi gearbox & transfer box.

what is needed for the gearbox i.e swapping selectors or turrets etc??

youd need an adapter for selector shaft plus top selector housing and turret gear stick etc, without the adapter box would need stripping and selector shaft swapping and def quadrant fitting

assuming you have a r380 tunnel and floors and seatbox, or the half moon off one, propshafts, newer style handbrake (or bodge it to fit) and you need a def gear xmember, or chop the disco one or the seatbox mount iirc, and the engine stuff oh and a 300 temp gauge or an aftermarket one
