Disco 3 epb problem

Hi new owner of an o6 disco 3 i have a epb problem the unbearable screeching , i know its a known fault with these so ive renewed the cables pads, module cog kit but this hasnt stopped the passenger side cable from winding in and out and screeching is there something ive missed ?? Any help would br gratefully received cheers guys
