Planning on quite a few jobs, she has a leak on a ace pipe, going to repair with hydraulic fittings and stainless steel hose as stronger than copper pipe which I've seen people do

Fully wax oyled her today

Just ordered magnecor leads, ngk plugs oil and all filters, and rocker cover gaskets as they are weeping, she has developed a miss fire since I bought her, throwing up the codes p0300 and p0305. I'm hoping it just the old plugs, as have a 20k gap in the service history with her. She has gas fitted to, to help with the mpg, need to get this serviced also.

Ordered some new wheel centre caps, photos to follow of all the goodies I've ordered

So here's the ace pipe we cut out to repair, the previous keeper had bodged car body filler over it, to hide the problem, what a idiot, also in doing this they never tightened the wheel up, was just hand tight god I'm lucky the wheel didn't come off on the motorway when I drove her back.

And here's the new bit of pipe we put in, had to use copper in the end as couldn't get the stainless

Also got most of my service goodies for her today, just waiting on the magnecor leads and new sump plug and washer

Well worked out today the disco only misfires when running on lpg, so I reckon it's the leads and plugs, as u need great ignition whilst running lpg, due to the higher octane of 115, which is harder to ignite so fingers crossed the magnecor leads and triple platinum plugs

Love this disco. I'm hoping to get a D2 V8 on LPG as my 'daily' after having got rid of my previous car (Keep my 300 tdi for the weekends of course!).

One of the only cars that I really like the black on black combo too.
