disco 2 td5 maf bypass.

hello again just a quick update about my tuned disco td5.i will be adding a maff bypass this week as the td5 has been running with maff unplugged for the last 200 miles with out noprobs at all.it has heavy mods.running a 3inch ss maf bypass with breather straight into a hks mushroom filter also will be fitting a ss oil catch tank with top breather due to removing the black breather cap on the intake turbo pipe..will post pics up on my album for you to take a look ok thanks.

ohh ands its back for mapping on Tuesday :lalala:

well back from mapping well happy 204hp and goes like a rocket,and not smoking its head off just nice thanks.

Hi, what kind of map is that to deliver 204hp?... and how did you get this figure 204

... not 203 or 205... by the way do you have an EGT gauge?, cos IMO you really need one

hello bud.that figure come from the rollers lad,its a quick one this pulls like a train,,think I will be needing to fit the new clutch very soon egt fitting next week pal the cooler cleans it up and keeps temps down.cheers for the comments

hi just a quick update,just piped the boost gauge in and took it for a blast, boosting at 1.8 bar.gets to it very quick thanks.day 2 after messing around with mapping now got it at 214hp don't think we will get any more now without engine mods, max boost 2.0 bar took it down the motorway around 70mph 1.4 bar from 70 to 100mph holds at 1.6 and still pulling away thanks Stephen.
