Disco 2 Rear door

Afternoon All,
I am new to this site, so first posting. The rear door on my Disco 2 will not open!, I have taken the badge out WD40 etc, inner panel panel off and worked all of the levers with and without the connection rods and with every possible combination of lock up, down, both inner and outer levers. All the parts move with ease, but there is no reasuring "clunk" of the door opening!!
Any ideas............... Thanks

is it frozen up around the seal?

mine u just have to be really heavy handed with all 5 doors, give it a good tug or a kick from inside

After a mug of tea.... careful use of an electric hot air stripper from the inside of the door, working on the lock only, on and off for about half an hour, with lots of rattling of the disconnected linkages it opened. I have now removed the lock and cleaned all the grease off, and regreased... all is now well

agree with headtester more people need to respond when they get a result it helps everyone
