I would like to sell mine for £2500 for my upgrade :)
133000, 30/10 mot, snorkel, difflock, at tyres, new parts here and there, ALL oils recent. Runs great, genuine reason for sale like I said.
I love this td5 but a possible chance of a nice d3 at a good price. Will know by Tuesday at the latest if it is still available.

Give us a p/m if so, cheers.

Am just about to put a deposit down on a late Disco 1. I chickened out of a TD5 due to the prices people were wanting and some of the issues that crop up that are beyond my DIY skills.

So I'm opting for a nice 300tdi manual without the rust options. Its going to be a daily driver and although I'm going to be paying top end for a 300, its still a cheap car and is pretty mint and has obviously been well cared for, so fingers crossed.

No A/C tho which was a real shame, but it does have a sunroof (yes it doesn't leak!....yet).

Will report back when I pick it up.

Very cheap over here in Ireland.....A neighbour of mine just sold a lovely 03 TD5 GS manual with just 93000 on the clock. Drove like new and just had a lot of work done to it including all brakes discs and pads, new front hub and sensors. Full service and new battery......She got £1800 for it.

Isnt that cos the road tax is silly high ?

I bought my D2 2 years ago for £1600, the previous owner had it for nearly 5 years, it is an import (dont know where from) 2001 model manual and only had 61k miles on it, other than needing a damn good clean the car was mint.
It has had the 3 omigos coming on sometimes since i got it (wheel bearing) which i have a new hub for, the center box has just exploded and it had a misfire, ive now sorted by changing the plugs. Yes its a v8, and yes i love it. it does the same mpg no mater how its driven which to be fair isnt often ( its one of 5 vehicles i have) and tows a 26 foot caravan without effort

Well as much as I would love a v8 again I chickened out and have put a deposit down on that 300 tdi. Will post a pic when I fetch it next week. My wife even thought it looked nice!

Well I picked up my disco today and am quite happy with her although she was a bit rougher round the edges than I was hoping I still bought her.
Blinking rear tailgate wont stay locked tho and the remote locking thing has baffled me. Alarm been going off a lot with me fiddling round with it! Ive fiddled with the rear door on my previous disco and it was a pain so hopefully this is a wd40 job.... yeah right. Will post a pic tomorrow
